A while ago I wrote that I’ve switched from Firefox to Chrome.
Then in a short period, I’ve installed my first App in Chrome browser. After installation, the application was launched directly. Then I’ve forgot that app at all.
A while later, I wanted to run it.. However, I could find a button in a browser and didnt know how to re-open it (and couldnt find a way to open it again). I decided to install it again. And in Chrome webstore, there is a button on every application page : ADD TO CHROME (or LAUNCH, if already installed). I clicked LAUNCH (because it was already installed).
Still wanted to know how to directly launch installed App from Chrome….
Chrome documentation says:
- In the address bar at the top, type
chrome://apps
and press Enter.
However, it is not flexible to open apps everytime typing the address and etc..
Solution 1
Finally found that solution was quite simple:
- just click the APPS button: (at first you should have enabled Bookmarks Bar to see the “Apps” button)
Solution 2
- click NEW TAB and you will see the desired App icon.
