[SOLUTION] Green lines on Turbo 2 screen

Motorola Turbo 2 – lines on the screen

Motorola last year Motorola has very powerful model – Turbo2 ,  but apparently in a while there appeared distinct problem with these phone models. Thousands of people had the problem of having the green (or sometimes other colours, like pink) line on the screen. Who was under warranty period, that person can return the phone to the store. However, many people don’t have a warranty at this moment, and only several possible solutions remain out there:

[Method 1]
Fix Green/Pink line with a glue

We should start with method 1, to use a small & powerful glue -small drop on the lowest side of the phone (but be careful, follow the video)

[Method 3]
Replace the screen (appx. $40-100)

If you can’t make it work with above methods, then you can just replace the screen. If you will do that yourself, then at first you need to buy a screen (or even a phone with good screen). The cheapest ones on Amazon seem to be about hundred bucks (on Ebay there could be even cheaper).  But note, if you are going to replace the screen yourself, then you should have some tech-skills to open the phone and disassemble it carefully.

[Method 4]
Send phone to Repair Centre (appx. $130)

The next solution is to send the phone to repair-centre. There are also online-services like iMend.com, but if you decide to send it online, carefully choose the certified firm, otherwise go to somewhere physical centre of phone repair and bring your phone yourself.

[Method 5]
Get new one (appx. $75)

It’s  a bit amusing, but sometimes getting a replacement phone (i.e. used good one) might be cheaper, then just buying a brand-new screen. Take a look of official Motorola store on Amazon (or ebay):
