Non-Refundable:
Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable.
Customers are encouraged to review the software prior to purchasing a software license. For reasons of privacy we do not keep track of installation, de-installation, removing or deleting of downloadable software on customers websites or PCs and therefore we do not issue refunds for downloadable products as we cannot avoid their continued use after reimbursement.
There are absolutely no cancellations of online orders that have been programmed for download access. Nor will we accept claims of missing the immediate online links that were provided to you to download your order. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
Fraudulent online transactions, fraudulent online transactions claims, fraudulent credit card charges or fraudulent claims:
Prices displayed on the website are the retail prices. Attempts successful or otherwise to alter the amount being paid for a product constitutes fraud and will be persued by our legal department. puvox.software reserves the right to inform the merchant handling payments of any attempted fraudalent transactions.
All request to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
Delivery of Product:
After placing the formal order, you may receive an email from us (usually within 5 minutes), confirming your order and details. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working email address. If you have filled an invalid email address in the order form due to typing error, please contact by sending email to email addresses given on support pages on our website (may incur extra charges).
