This tool below, doesn't really work.
Instead, it's just a free idea I wanted to share - to create Virustotal-like scanner for Vulnerabilities for projects (PHP, JAVA, etc..).

Note, this tool will only scan for native vulnerabilities, so, if you are uploading a part of project (like plugin, extension...), then this tool can't approve the validity of privilegge & authorization funtions coming from specific CMS.
( This is very incomplete list of scanners. This list was just obtained from this and this)
